FAMILIES TOGETHER AGAIN!

Cherry Bowl with band of peace!

Cherry Bowl with band of peace!

Somewhere in the heavens above, Marie discovers that William spent years compiling the Jacobs genealogy, not knowing he would pass so young but was somehow led to do that research.  But... how can we get our families reunited?  Marie and William know Gail and cousin Paul don’t know each other and live thousands of miles apart so they prod cousins Lisa and Susanne to have their DNAs’ read.

When Lisa gets her results she reads a long list of possible relatives.  Gail keeps saying “no, no, no, no” until she reads the name “Finnigan“.  That rings a bell in Gail’s mind, Lisa contacts Susanne, and Paul and cousin Gail are put in touch.

Then the fun begins and hundreds of e-mails later we have something written and call it good.  But after awhile Marie and William, who are not quite satisfied, cause a lightbulb to go on and put Paul and Gail back to work to make it right.  William and Marie are smiling knowing that we are truly connected by the Jacobs Family Story they have begun to create.

Even though some hurtful things were brought to the forefront, the families are truly blessed overall by the need to forgive and move forward in life leaving their families an example of the importance of family relationships. It was soon thereafter that Charles prodded Paul into using the woodworking tools he had left him to create a bowl with a band that symbolizes the families are together again!
